Our Pool Safety Cover product line includes both swimming pool covers and spa covers manufactured under the Coverlon ™ brand name.

Features
Double Webbing
Our pool cover was the first pool safety cover to feature double webbing! The black straps that criss-cross the cover (webbing) are stitched on both the top and under side of the cover greatly increasing its strength. The competition will only sew webbing 18” in on the underside of their cover, which greatly reduces the strength! The webbing is fabricated to have a tensile strength of approximately 4,000 pounds per square inch, making the pool cover super strong and safe.
Stitching
The webbing for the entire cover is sewn on with triple stitched bonded threads. Around the perimeter, all intersections have an additional "X" and box stitch sewn for extra strength.
Quick Installation Springs & Hardware
Our "trampoline style" pool cover is locked down by our unique spring and anchor system. Our heavy-duty stainless steel spring, with its custom designed "easy adjust" integrated buckle enables quick installation and adjustment of the pool cover in a fraction of the time.
When you compare our standard spring to a competitors' standard spring you will be shocked at the difference in the quality. Ours, made in the USA, spring is twice as strong as our competitor's! In addition, it has specially designed bend(s) at each end. The bends ensure there are no gaps between the swimming pool and the decking, keeping wind from blowing debris under the pool cover. All springs come with a plastic cover to protect the pool deck from abrasion.
Anchors
Our anchors are made from non-corrosive brass. When not in use, the anchors recess flush with the pool deck and are barely noticeable. We have an anchoring system for any type of decking, masonry, wood, pavers, etc.
End Caps
The end cap is made of brass, anodized black to prevent corrosion. The cap is crimped on by machine to stop the webbing from unraveling. Some of the other companies use a cheap aluminum substitute and some companies' just leave an unfinished hot knife cut.
Complete Package
All pool covers come with a convenient storage bag, installation instructions, warranty and cover care guide. Also included are the installation hardware pieces i.e. heavy-duty installation tool, tamping tool, spring covers and Allen key.
Installed properly, children or pets cannot fall or accidentally slip into the pool. Debris, like leaves and/or twigs would not be able to drop into your clean winterized pool. The Pool Safety Cover is also tamper proof; requiring a special installation tool to remove or install the pool cover. All in all, the purchase of a safety cover will enhance the safety of your pool area while the cover is in use.
Available Options
Strap Spacing
Our pool covers are custom designed and manufactured to your pool. The strap spacing will depend on the shape, size and location of your pool. Some pools will have the option for 5x5 foot spacing while other pools are required to have 3x3 foot spacing.
Mesh Material
Our beautiful mesh pool cover is fabricated with a unique blend of lightweight, supple polypropylene that stays dry and does not crack with age. Rain will not collect on the surface; it will just drain through, while leaves and debris just dry and blow away. Wonderfully convenient, there are no water bags or pumping necessary. Off-season maintenance is virtually eliminated.

Don't be fooled, our conventional mesh is nothing ordinary! Most fabrics on the market have a thread count of 34 x 20 per square inch. We use a fabric thread count of 34 x 22 per square inch. It has an extremely high tensile strength and is impervious to chlorine and mildew. Hold it up to the light and see for yourself. The tighter weave minimizes the sunlight that passes through the cover therefore reducing the springtime algae growth. Our Super Dense Mesh is the tightest woven material and has the highest shade quality that we carry.
Solid Pool Cover Material
Imagine opening your swimming pool to clear water in the spring, well you can! By using a solid pool cover with proper water treatment and chemicals. It is very tough and substantially stronger than the competition's. Not only does it have ultra violet resistant additives, it is highly abrasion resistant. Our lightweight, Super Solid is a coated material. Unlike a laminate, the coated material is made by pouring hot liquid vinyl onto a polyester scrim, as it cools the materials bond together. All solid pool covers must use a pump or drain to prevent water from puddling on the cover. See our installation guide and care maintenance guide for more details. With a minimal amount of maintenance you can open your pool just as you closed it.
Our new lightweight, super tough solid is substantially stronger than our conventional solid. It is highly abrasion and UV resistant.

Commercial Pool Covers
Our expertise goes well beyond residential pools. The pool covers' durability and safety features make them well suited for swim clubs, community pools and hotels. When manufacturing these covers, we only use a high grade trampoline mesh, which meets and exceeds all ASTM standards. This commercial grade mesh will withstand strong winds and storms. This fabric is recommended for commercial pools, but is also available for residential applications.
